Appointment Policies

Absolutely no guests allowed.

First-time Clients must arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time, to complete new-client forms & mandatory COVID Screening. Please schedule accordingly

Any additional time taken to complete forms, is time forfeited from your appointment.

All Clients must arrive 5 minutes before to complete mandatory symptoms screening, including temperature checks. 

Any additional time taken to complete screening, is time forfeited from your appointment.

Booking Policies

Credit cards are required when booking online. 

Full Service Fee is due, if:

  • Client is more than 10 minutes late, this includes time before your appointment, necessary for mandatory symptoms screening & new-client forms.

  • Client is a "no-show"

  • Client reschedules or cancels their appointment with less than 48-hrs notice.

  • Client is displaying symptoms of illness upon screening.

  • By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of the full scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification. 

COVID-19 Policies

  • If you have traveled within the past 14 days, refrain from booking an appointment until you've completed quarantine.

  • Wear a mask to your appointment. Masks are mandatory throughout our building as well. No Mask, No service.

  • We love and miss you so much! However at this time, let's stick to elbow bumps. 

  • Please wash your hands upon arrival. 

  • Maintain social distancing within The Bar. Totally space out at 6ft during your stay.​

  • We will be adding extra time in between clients to sterilize our facilities and any high touch areas. Please limit your exposure by going directly into the treatment room post-screening.

  • Our team is happy to service you, but please remember they are still risking their health to do so. Gratuity is appreciated.

  • We want you safe inside & outside The Bar! Help yourself to a complimentary custom hand sanitizer on your way out.
